Hey, hey there friend!
Today’s society has everyone, myself included, running around so fast that we hardly ever take the time to sit back and just say thank you.
One of my 2021 goals is to be more thankful and to recognize my gratitude. To start, I got a gratitude journal to write in every single. I got this at the beginning of December to make writing in it a habit by the new year. Turns out that I liked it a lot more than I planned on and put The Five Minute Journal on my Christmas wish list. You can find it linked on my Amazon Storefront (My home page –> links –> Amazon). I use both on a daily basis!

Every day I am practicing my personal development and my gratitude. One of my favorite things is that they often go hand in hand! Without turning the view inward there is no way to build outward. In The Five Minute Journal not only do you document three things you are grateful for but also: three things that would make today great, and affirmations. Each night you can come back to that day’s page and add three amazing things that happened that day and how you could’ve made that better. I believe it is with the hopes that you reflect and act on it the following day.
Here’s some of my favorite daily affirmations:

Every day is a brand new day to be something better than you yesterday. Every day you wake up with a chance to better to yourself, better to others, and better to your future self.
So here are in the most thankful season of the year! Week of Thanksgiving!
My thankful list runs for miles and miles and you would click out of my post if I started… haha! Just know that I am beyond thankful for everything, even the worst days- they make the great days great!
Before I get sappy- shameless self plug- in my Facebook groups (see links page) I have lots of deals going that are self promoted and I would love it if you checked them out.
Now to be sappy… ❤
Thank you for being here. Thank you for being you. Thank you for your smiles, love, and laughter. Thank you for spreading joy and loving those around you. Thank you for bringing good into the world. Thank you for laughing at somebody’s joke even when it wasn’t funny (it meant a lot to them).
The world is better with you in it. Keep being you.
I love you!
Happy Thanksgiving friends!!
