Wow! You guys, as you probably guessed from the title, life lately… To sum it up- WOW!
To put it in a longer more explainable way- keep reading 🙂

I haven’t been blogging much at all this fall, mostly because I’ve been so busy! And when I’m not busy I’m taking a power nap on the couch with the dogs. (Team extra sleep over here).
While I write this I’m multitasking and by that I mean shoving McDonald’s in my face and “watching” A Series of Unfortunate Events… Just an FYI 😉
Lately life has been full of: travel, so so much family, navigating modern day life, house projects, winterizing, the early stages of opening a mobile coffee unit, enjoying post wedding life, trying to make it big on Instagram, a lot of self discovery, Taylor Swift, football, and playing veterinarian.

I think my last travel update blog post was when we got back from Austin and then I followed up with what we did in Vegas a couple months earlier. Since visiting Austin, I’ve traveled to Bayfield twice, Colorado Springs, and done mini adventures here and there. Hopefully I’ll have a new one up full of my recent adventures soon (ish).
For the last month I have begun the process of opening a mobile coffee unit! I am so excited to be the owner of Hal’s Coffee! My business is an LLC that will soon be a pull behind trailer to serve all of Northern Colorado. The business plan is coming along so well but is also extremely time consuming. I hope to have many more details for you soon but for now I am focused on my next steps. I plan to keep my YouTube channel up to date with the entire build process. Although, you can also stay up to date with my Instagram page dedicated to Hal’s Coffee!

While traveling, writing a business plan, and living life we’ve been winterizing our little homestead. It’s November 2nd, and we still haven’t seen any snow… It has been getting dang chilly! This is the latest I can remember getting into the year without any snow. Craziness… The birds have recovered from their raccoon attack and are buttoned up for when winter shows up.

Fall is my favorite and I never want it to end but I also have high anxiety and the anticipation of everything that can go wrong in winter. Animals getting too cold, the house not being ready, ground not being ready to do its thing in the spring, and a bunch of other minor things that my brain magnifies…
I keep saying “hope” and I have a lot of hopes this month but I’m chasing my dreams!
Thank you all for hanging out with me and being on this journey I call life! Love ya lots!
